📦 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return :Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. All tags must remain attached and returns must be requested through our Returns Page within the 14-day return window. Once your return is approved, we will email instructions to complete the process.

 

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

⏳ Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Garments

Some of our garments are available on a pre-order basis. Delivery times for pre-orders vary depending on the item and will be clearly stated on the product page.

To access pre-order items, customers must: Be a registered member of our website, opt-in to our pre-order list and receive a confirmation email.

In some cases, garments may be made to order, which helps us reduce waste and maintain ethical production standards. These items will be clearly marked as "Made to Order" on the product page. Estimated dispatch times may vary.

 

🛍️ Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-order or made-to-order items). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

⚖️ Your Rights (UK Law)Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. However, this right does not apply to: Items made to your specifications (e.g. made-to-order garments) Items worn, washed, or returned without original tags.
