Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

📦 UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

🚚 Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

Some garments are pre-order or made-to-order and will have longer dispatch times, clearly stated on each product page. If your order includes one of these items, it will be shipped once all pieces are ready.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping — but we’re working on it! Sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

- All tags must remain attached

- Return requests must be submitted via our Contact Us page within 14 days

Please note:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, you can return your original purchase and place a new order.

Made-to-order items and pre-order items may have different return eligibility and are clearly marked on the product page.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
